Turn off ringer in Windows client

Question

I would like to turn off the ringer for my windows client so that my computer speakers do not ring with calls.

I have already tried

Checking "Don't play ringback tones" in Extra account options

Unchecking "Ring when talking (incoming calls)"

Is there a way to keep the zoiper client from ringing on the computer?

Hello,

You may configure your machine to use different ringing device. To do that open Settings -> Preferences -> Audio. Then go to the "Devices" sub-section and change the "Ringing device".
