Is it possible to use Zoiper in Wifi networks without access to Internet

Question

I would like to use Zoiper on Android devices in combination with a local hosted VOIP PBX. Is it possible to configure and use Zoiper on these devices without having access to Internet? All needed for SIP registration and call setup will be local installed within the network.

Yes, it is possible. However keep in mind that the STUN should be disabled, otherwise the accounts may not register.
