If I exit the app and restart, the app will answer a call once, regardless of whether the app is open or running in the background. All subsequent calls do not get answered. I've added a forwarding rule to my VOIP account (sipgate.co.uk) but I wanted the app to pick up calls.
I'm on the latest version.
