When I configured Zoiper SIP for Win 7 in our machines, some of machines when tested for calling there is no audio coming or going from my headset/speaker..

I tested using audio wizard and confirm I can hear so my headset is working fine..

Not sure why this is happened as our staff frustrating now with this product and need quick help...
