my customers doesnt hear me well and i dont hear well to they.

i need to improve the quality of the calls and i want to know if buying the license this will improve my calls.

Check with your VoIP provider what are the codecs they support and in what order, afterwards apply the same settings in Zoiper.

You can also try different combinations of the settings in the audio menu.
