audio is interrupted only at the beginning of a call

Question

When I make a call, I hear the phone ringing without interruptions.

But in the moment the other side picks up the phone the audio is missing/interrupted so that I cannot hear clearly what somebody says.

After approx. 4 seconds the line is established again and I can hear everything.

Hello,

You could be experiencing a NAT related issue. Please try changing STUN and rport options in the account configuration.
Try different combinations.

I tried all kind of settings without any improvement :-(

Any new suggestion?

Media5 fone is working but with that app the call is often completely interrupted (after 1 minute)

Unfortunately I cannot compare the settings of these two apps
