I cannot hear loud enough for noisy surroundings in normal mode

Question

when I click on loudspeakers the other person cannot hear me anymore loud enough

also with a headset the other person does not hear me loud enough.

It works good in normal mode but then I hear not really loud enough especially if I am in a noisy area, on the street, even when I turn sound to maximum level.
