Why does the screen not wake up when a call is coming in?

Hi Zoiper Team,

I have an issue which I am struggling to resolve. When I have incoming calls the screen doesn't wake up (it only vibrates). This is a bit annoying as my work environment doesn't allow me to have my phone on loud all the time and I've been missing a lot of cales.

Have you had that before and how can it be fixed?

What device brand and model you are using? Is the issue with Beta or official version?

I am using an Elephone P9000 and using Zioper 1.50 for Andriod, Library revision: v2.8.26. I hope that helps.

Recently I have faced this issue. But, When I restart the phone everything is working fine. I think you need to reboot your phone. Thanks.
