We are wondering if it's possible to use Zoiper in the following way:

We operate a call center and are using Zoiper at the workstations for our representatives to dial our customers.  From time to time for training purposes, a manager would like to plug in and be able to listen to the calls while sitting next to the representative.  In the old days, we used to have rj-45 splitters that we could use.  How do we do this if we are using USB headsets on PCs using Zoiper?

Hello Matt, this would not be a Zoiper characteristic, but rather the server that Zoiper connects to would be the one handling that.  You would need something like a 3CX Server that has the ability to barge in on calls, create conferences, monitor agents, etc.
