Intermittent call failure: SIP 2 - Can't find matching codec in SDP

I am using freevoiddeal. Outgoing calls do not work reliably and often fail with:

SIP 2 - Can't find matching codec in SDP service or option not implemented, unspecified.

X-lite works flawlessly.

Any idea how to debug this or what to try to get it working?

Go to Zoiper account settings and make sure the codec your VoIP provider uses matches the codec used by Zoiper.  This should take care of the problem.
