 I have installed the desktop version and it's been working fine, but today I can make NO calls. I have enough Credit from my Service Provider (MWeb) and my accounts are active. Please assist.

If it worked fine before and you have not changed the configuration, the issue is probably not with Zoiper.

Are you getting any error messages ?
Did you change anything on the network or firewall ?
Have you tried contacting your provider to see if they are having some temporary issues ?
