Can you have Zoiper change your status in Skype for Business while on a call?

I have just installed the latest version of Zoiper 3.15.  We use Skype for Business for company wide IM.  Since I have both running concurrently at all times, I'm wanting to know if when I'm on a call using Zoiper, can Zoiper change/update my status to "on the phone"?
