Zoiper hanging on Registering and only works after reboot windows 7pc

We have Zoiper configured on some window 7 PCs, intermittently they go to registering and fail to connect the only fix we have is to reboot the PC, this is sometimes happening midway through a call.

I have tried different SIP on the machine when it fails but without a reboot it will not connect.

I have reinstalling Zoiper but it keeps returning to registering.

any help would be appreciated.

windows 7 pc fully patched

Zoiper is 2.43v
