My Transfer button is not showing

I have the Zoiper app running on an iPad mini running iOS 9.3.5, which is the latest available at time of writing. It is connected to a Asterisk PBX.  

I have read the jobaide on transfer for iOS but it does not match the interface I have. I do not have a "more" button or record button. Am I missing a step of something?
