Sometimes the Zoiper app doesn’t ring when people call…so it rings until it gets to voicemail – but we never hear the Zoiper app ring. This only happens sometimes. Can you please tell me why this is happening? We are call using iPhone 6s.
I have set the iOS Settings as follow, go to Notification center -> Scroll down to INCLUDE -> Select Zoiper and enable "Sound"
I am using TCP transport
I have "Force Background" enabled.
I can't find any setting for push-notifications (which apparently will prevent this problem), is this supported by Zoiper?
