Zoiper and HID compatible headset

I recently asked which headset to select for use with Zoiper so I could use the headset controls to answer/ hangup calls. Here is the original post

So I purchased Zoiper 3 and a HID compatible Bluetooth headset. Here is the link..

I now have 2 problems. If I disconnect the headset (turn it off via its controls) Zoiper crashes. Also, the instructions say to use a button on the side of the headset to answer/ hangup calls. Uffortunately, this does not work. I am using Windows 10.

Please advise.
