When I dial a number, whilst calling the leading digit displayed is a zero.  However, as soon as the call is picked up (connected) the leading zero is replaced by 44.  This is then saved in the history preventing the number being dialed from being re-dialed.

Hi,

Please check your windows dialling rules : https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc772545(v=ws.10).aspx

Try to disable it via : Automation --> General

Best Regards,
