Can't select audio devices

We are using Zoiper for several endpoints, all are working well.


Except one Windows user who cannot select audio device (all four windows are great and inactive) and cannot get any audio. Call functions ok, just no audio.

Any advice?

Hi Geoff,

Be sure the user has local admin rights.
