Zoiper close unexpectedly when network was changed

Question

I used free version 3.6 and everything was fine. Old bug with shutdown when network was changed (to other WiFi, or VPN etc)

That bug was fixed year ago in free version. But i can download Biz version only 3.14. 

Where can I find Biz version more than 3.14?
