Cannot hear during phone calls either with in telephone system (Digium) or outside telephone system using Windows 7.

Hi All,

I just installed this software and I cannot hear any audio on my Bluetooth Headset (LG model TonePRO) although people on the other end hear me fine.  It works both ways fine through my laptop IBM X1 Carbon running Windows 7.  Our IP Phone system is a Digium.  Any help would be appreciated.

Silly Questions, 

Settings - Audio Wizard - Can you hear Speakers on your headset? When you Start the test?

If not check the Windows Audio for the software Zopier in the Audio Mixer.

Or

In Settings - Audio - Deivce - Output Device - LG TonePro 

Also confirm your Codec's are correct for the Digium.

Settings - Preferences - Codec - remove those not needed

Advanced - Confirm rports UDP

Confirm with a cabled headset you have the same issue.

Those are what I have had in the past.
