sipgate.de (Basic) - no CallSignal if iPhone is locked

Zoiper 3.14 on iOS 10.3.2

 

Hello,

I try to get "sipgate.de Accout" work with your APP (free Version).

It works if iPhone is unlocked, but not it it is locked.

 

I enabled the following:

 

Settings -> incomming calls

 

   force background

   wi-fi keep alive

 

close and restart the APP, but still the same problem.

 

 

Zoiper Version: 3.14 / LibVersion: 2.8.40

 

 

How can i fix this ?

Hi,

Please check the app : Background App Refresh and allow Zoiper to refresh.
