Currently Zoiper for Android does not have separate contact list. We just use the built-in addressbook in Android itself.
If your contacts on Android are being saved into your Google Account, you can enable the Google contacts integration into Zoiper5. That way you will achieve contact syncing. Please note however that Zoiper 5 cannot save contacts to your Google Contacts cloud. It can only read them.
