Is enable stun helpful?

we enable stun, but it looks not helpful. the sip content does not use the true ip and port therefore remote site send the rtp to the wrong destination.

Hi,

STUN is useful when you would like to have your setup to be dynamic, but better use NO STUN, please configure a port and forward this port to your IP phone.

Maybe an outbound proxy is required, but please check your voip provider.
