Zoiper will not connect with Iphone7 on Tmobile.

Question

I have been using Zoiper on my Iphone 6 thru Verizon for awhile. I just switched to T mobile and I cannot get Zoiper to connect thru T mobile. I have 5 bars and everything else works. If I turn WiFi on the account registers almost immediately. I have double-triple checked the iax settings and I am now officially stumped!

Please check your APN settings, be sure you use a APN of T-Mobile that allows UDP/TCP and is not restricted.
