Call events options - some greyed out ?

Question

I am trying to configure Zoiper (Free) - but I cannot seem to change the "Open URL on" - or "URL" as they are greyed out ?

Any idea why this would be ?

Those are Zoiper Biz features. You will be unable to use them in Zoiper Free.
