i put my login in detail and password in and its coming up with registration refused? how can i deleted and start again or what i i do?

Where did you try to register on our website?

When you purchased a copy of the software you received a username and password to login to the portal.

Or did you try to enter your details for using a sip account in the zoiper software?

What did you enter?
