Transfer Ext Call to same Extention

I think mine is more of a bug report.

When we receive an external call and try transfer to someone with the same ext, as there are 3 of us on the same ext.

The call transfers and rings for about 2 rings then goes back answered to the first caller.

However at this point there is no audio traveling either way.

If you try again it just repeats the same process.

It is a bug or is there a fix?

If you need to use the same phone number on multiple devices, you should contact your VoIP service provider and request separate extension for all connected devices. Otherwise you are trying to transfer the call to yourself.

Yes Tsetso is right, please request seperate accounts/extensions if you like to forward to your colleague for example.
