Howcome I can't change any setting in zoiper BIZZ

Question

I want to change some settings but as soon I click on OK, zoiper shuts off. (zoiper does not work anymore but in dutch)

the settings I would like to change are:

-Send video always...

-changes in Audio General options

What can I do about it because I have 2 Zoiper bizz, one on my laptop which always works and one on my pc windows 10, that one gives problem.

Pleas the answer on this.
