When i receive a call the transfer button is grayed out so I cant transfer a call

When I place a call I can see the transfer button but the call is disconnected when I try to transfer to a number

When I try to automatically froward to a number the call is disconnected.

Hello,

The Call forwarding and Call-transfer are available in the Biz versions of Zoiper. To be able to use those two, your SIP account should also support them. So, you would need to contact your VoIP provider for more information on that topic.
