Zoiper for Android - number is temporarily unavailable

Hello,
We are using Zoiper for Android and we have problem calling via Zoiper. When we want to call it using Address book then we get error that number is temporarily unavailable. But when we type number we can call it and reach that number. Can you be so nice and give us advice what we can do about this problem?

Hi,

The numbers in your addressbook are most likely with prefixes and brackets, please use number rewriting and check if it selected the right country.

I try it two form with

+43

and with

00 and still have same problem.

I have no problems with +43, please be sure not to strip the + sign.
