No media (audio & video) from one of android client

Hello 

I am using 3cx system.Other clients having zoiper are working fine.One of the clients in the same network connects to 3cx but there is no media transmission like no audio transfer and also can't hear anything.The same is with video also.Kindly guide how to fix same

Hello,

Which codec are you using and are you using sip or iax?

Are you using stun of zoiper or from 3cx and or Rmedia?
