error sip 403 forbidden

I'm a beginner, so everything needs explaining in simple terms

I have set zoiper up on laptop using virtual landline.

The error comes up at the top, although I can still call out. It is showing no caller id, instead of the landline number

Additionally if the receiving side of the call cannot see your caller ID/ Number ID, you need to contact your VoIP service provider since they are the ones who manage your account. They should be able to resolve this issue.
