If you need to mask your caller ID or use custom caller ID, you would need to contact your VoIP service provider. They are the ones who manage your VoIP account and they would need to enable those options for your account.
not the caller ID, but the customer phone number displaying on the zoiper when doing outbound call.

You can run zoiper in automation mode maybe and then dial via command line?
