Contact problems iphone 5C and some more questions

Hi,

I have a problem with iphone 5C with iPhone IOS 10.3.3

I don't see all my contacts in the Zoiper contacts, all my contacts are in the icloud.

So what im doing wrong?

Also how can i terminate the app, if i have holiday i don;t want to recieve calls?
