How can I get the Outlook INtegration working with Zoiper 5 Pro licence?

I ticked the check box in the Automation settings already but it doesn't seem to be working when I'm taking a look in my Outlook

Usually to enable this, you need to just go to Zoiper -> Settings -> Contacts -> Add a service-> Select "Outlook". You should then not change anything. By default the Outlook profile does not have password protection and is named just "Outlook"(which is also prefilled for your convenience). 

Note,  this cannot connect directly to Exchange servers. You would need to have Outlook.

 

If your contacts are not appearing, please first check the exact Outlook profile name. You can find your Outlook profile name by going to Windows Control Panel -> Mail -> on the pop-up window select "Show Profiles".

 

If that is correctly preset, it is probably because your Outlook is 32 bit for example, while your Zoiper is 64 bit or vice-versa. You would need to re-run the Zoiper installer and select the appropriate version of Zoiper to be installed.

 

Please first check if your Outlook is 32 or 64 bit, you can do so from Outlook -> File -> Office Account -> About Outlook (If you are using Outlook 2013/2016).
