We have zoiper Biz ver 3.14 and we are encountering a issue where when dialing to customers with ivr's it is not allowing us to dial ext's via the dial pad . It's like the dial pad is not being recognized . . It will all of a sudden start working again after a restart of the computer then work for a couple of hours then go right back into not dialing the ext's again . Is this a certification error or just a random bug?
