Zoiper on Raspberry pi (Raspbian / Ubuntu Mate)

Is it possible to install Zoiper on Raspberry Pi 3B running Raspbian or Ubuntu Mate? I could not find any Zoiper installer for it so far, it seems to me that it is not supported at all with Raspberry Pi architecture.

Or is there any other good alternative? I've read about Asterist. Zoiper would be the best though because we already have Zoiper account with lots of licenses used on Windows PCs, and we want to use the same account on Rasp Pi PCs.

Raspberry PI is ARM based, thus you cannot install the desktop (X86) version of Zoiper on it.

You can however install Android on your Raspberry PI and then use the Android version of Zoiper.
