When calling CallOpenFile, the local part isn't recorded

Hello,

I've noticed that the local part isn't recorded when calling CallOpenFile, it doesn't matter if it's flagged as E_RECORDING_MIXED, E_RECORDING_STEREO or E_RECORDING_LOCAL. And when doing a Local record the file will only be 0 bytes in size.

Has anyone else encountered this as well?

The CliWrapper version is 1.0.5900.28786 and using C# with Visual Studio 2015
