Earphone and Mic icons above sliders show something like no entry signs - free version of Zoiper 5

Question

I can dial out, receive calls, hear through laptop speakers and headset despite 'ne entry' sign - but I cannot make myself heard by either method.

Because Automatic Gain control is selected in the settings, recommended is to keep this on, but you may try if it works better for you. Be sure no other apps control your microphone like skype.
