I can't dial a internal telephone...

Hello,

I purchased Zoiper Biz about a week ago. Yesterday I got a Fritzbox 6490.

If I register a new telephone to the Fritzbox it gets for example the internal number "**620".

If I want to call someone internally I type for example "**621". After pressing call (or dial - I have the german version) nothing happens...

What can i do now?
