How to automate dial call with pause and extension in the contact?

Hi,

I'm looking on how to automate my contacts call by adding pause and the extension after the main phone. Normally this is very simple like adding a comma "," to get a delay and add the extension to be dial. To my surprise it doesn't seem to work. Here a example to normally reach the extension 71021 from the main phone 123-345-6789

Example: 123-345-6789,,71021

Can Zoiper handle this simple phone task?
