Licensing needed to forward calls to iPhones using Zoiper

Question

Two employees are using Zoiper to forward calls from their VOIP phones to their iPhones.  The owner wants the other 18 employees to use it as well.  Do I need to buy licrenses for that or can they just download the free app from the App Store.

The call transfer functionality is part of the Zoiper Premium/ Gold packages. With Zoiper free you will be able to make or receive calls, but not make any call transfers.
