Zoiper is automatically closed

Question

I installed Zoiper on my Huawei honer Android smartphone. The Zoiper app will be shut down in a couple of minutes if I run another apps and put Zoiper in background. How to fix the issue?

For example, I opened Zoiper but then played with other apps, Zoiper would be closed in a couple minutes, thus I won't be able to receive any incoming calls and SMSs unless I manually open it again.
