Hello Zoiper Community,

 

We use the Yeastar S20 with Zoiper5.

The internal call forwarding works, but the call forwarding to a mobile phone without zoiper doesn't work.

We bought the Zoiper5 Pro Version.

In Settings/Calls we set the call forwarding (Forward after).

But when we try, the voice says "it could not connect"

Can you help me?

Sounds like a route problem or dial plan problem... 
 - Can you call the mobile directly from zoiper?
 - Can you forward to a different destination for Forward After, such as a land line in the same area code?
 - Did you try adding country code or 011 + country code to the mobile number you're trying to forward to?
