Suddenly no audio when calling, volume control checked, equipment checked. No reason.

What PBX are you using / provider? Have you checked the logs and supported codecs match?

I have the same problem.

My opponent can hear me, but I cant hear him. In settings sound check is good.

I had the same problem (on Linux) - disablic STUN in the advanced section of Zoiper did the trick for me.
