I've been using Zoiper freely in Android for a couple of years with multiple accounts. After the last update from Google Play I am requested to pay for the gold version... the configurations for every account seem to be there, but now it's like I am hostage to this sudden change. BTW the gold version specs don't say anything about multiple accounts.
