Zoiper Beta forgets non-account settings after application update

When I upgrade Zoiper Beta to a newer version the global settings (like echo cancelling or TLS options) are forgotten and reset to default.

I use `adb install -r ZoiperBeta.apk` for the update process.

We can confirm this issue. It seems to affect only some global settings, however the per-account ones should be kept.
