Clients are not able to hear the users ( consultants voice )

Hi Team,

We are using vicibox calling through Zoiper softphone ( 3.15.0.0).

1. The maximum users are complaining clients are not able to hear the users voice. 

2. Incoming calls not able to reject the zoiper call
