Does Zoiper mobile app have custom URL scheme?

If it did, then an app I create could call it...

so I could hit zoiper://call?destination=02012345678

Or something like that?

Just create a URL as:  zoiper://XXXXXXXX   (where "XX..." is the phone numeber)
