I have been using Zopier for 3 months as are others in our Company. Today mine has come up with the error 401 Registration failed. the others are still working. I have not changed any settings. I have noticed that registration time is 60, does this have any bearings on what has gone wrong. Authentication user has no details logged, does this have any bearing?

Would really appreciate some urgent help please or should I uninstall and start again.

However, only the PBX administrator can tell for sure why the server rejects your registration. You can ask him for assistance.
